This guide will show you how to connect your MAG boxes to our IPTV service in just a few easy steps.
Step 1: Plug In and Boot Your MAG Box
What to Do:
- Connect your MAG box to your TV via HDMI
- Plug in the power cable
- Turn on your TV and select the correct HDMI source
- The main loading screen should appear
Step 2: Enter the Settings Menu
What to Do:
- Using your remote, press the Menu button
- Navigate to Settings > System Settings
Step 3: Open the Servers Configuration
What to Do:
- Go to Servers > Portals
You will see fields named Portal 1 Name and Portal 1 URL
Step 4: Enter Your IPTV Portal URL
What to Do:
- In Portal 1 Name, enter:
My IPTV Canada (or your brand name) - In Portal 1 URL, enter the portal link we provided (e.g., http://yourserver.link)
Be sure to type the URL exactly as provided (no spaces, http not https).
Step 5: Save and Reboot
What to Do:
- Press OK on the remote to save
- Go back to the main menu
- Choose Exit > Restart Portal
Your box will reboot and connect to our IPTV service.

Step 6: Enjoy Your IPTV Subscription
Once your MAG box reboots, you’ll see the IPTV interface with categories like Live TV, VOD, etc.

Troubleshooting Tips
- “Page Loading Error”: Check your Portal URL and internet connection
- “Stuck on Loading Portal”: Reboot router and MAG boxes, recheck settings
