Thank you for choosing our IPTV Canada service. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before purchasing any IPTV subscription.

Digital Product Notice

Our IPTV subscriptions are non-physical digital services, delivered electronically after payment. Once your account has been activated and login credentials have been sent, the service is considered delivered and non-refundable.

Free Trial Policy

To help you make an informed decision, we offer a 24-hour free trial before purchase. We strongly recommend taking advantage of this trial to test service compatibility, channel availability, and streaming performance before buying a subscription.

Refund Eligibility

We only offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • The IPTV service was not activated or credentials were never sent

  • The IPTV service could not be delivered due to a technical error on our side

  • You contacted us with a valid issue within 24 hours of purchase, and we were unable to resolve it

In all other cases, including dissatisfaction after activation, refunds will not be issued due to the nature of digital products.

No Refunds for the Following:

  • You changed your mind after activation

  • You failed to test the free trial before purchase

  • The service is not compatible with your device due to user setup issues

  • You didn’t have a stable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps required)

  • Third-party apps or devices caused issues (we only guarantee service through supported apps)

Chargebacks and Fraud Protection

Unwarranted chargebacks or fraudulent claims will result in permanent blacklisting and may be reported to relevant authorities or payment processors.
